Singing is good for health



According to Dr. Mehmet C. Oz, singing turned out to have many health benefits.
Among others:

  1. Lowering blood pressure. When we sing, our emotions will be ebbs and it pushes the blood pressure to normal position.
  2. Increase the hormone oxytocin which can encourage a sense of 'love' to increase.
  3. Makes us breathe more easily, so avoid shortness of breath.
  4. Calm the mind and body, so that we become more relaxed and calm.
  5. Assist the recovery process for stroke patients.
So let's start singing to create a healthy body! Make mega life and health every time.
